About us

This website is operated by Tamara Vastram (“we”, “us”, “our”), a family-run saree business based in India. You can reach us at tamaravastram@gmail.com.

Products and descriptions

  • We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on lighting and your screen settings.
  • Many of our sarees are handwoven or hand-printed, so small irregularities are natural and are not defects.
  • Measurements are approximate. A blouse piece is included only where the product description says so.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your card or bank details.

Orders

You will receive an email confirming your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the full amount.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchange and Refund Policy pages, which form part of these terms.

Use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photographs, text, logos and designs, belongs to Tamara Vastram or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
